This website is operated by Gear 2 Go. By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Online store terms

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to place an order, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You may not use our products or the site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Products and pricing

We do our best to show product colors, graphics, and details accurately, but your screen may display colors slightly differently. Prices and availability can change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel any orders placed at that price and refund you.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is an error in pricing or product information, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full.

Discount codes

Discount codes are subject to the terms stated when they're offered, including any limits on use per customer. Codes have no cash value and can't be applied to orders that have already been placed.

Accuracy of your information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, including your email address and shipping address, so we can complete your order.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Intellectual property

All designs, graphics, text, and images on this site are owned by Gear 2 Go or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Our store runs on Shopify, and payments, shipping, and other services are provided by third parties. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms.

To the extent permitted by law, Gear 2 Go is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
