Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on orders of $35 or more
- Standard shipping: $7.99 on orders under $35
- Express shipping: $14.99
The $35 free-shipping minimum is based on your order total after discounts. Your shipping options and the final cost are shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Gear 2 Go is a one-person shop, and every order is packed by hand in Cleveland. Orders usually ship within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During big drops and holidays, processing can take a little longer. We'll email you if your order is delayed.
Delivery
Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. Delivery time after shipping depends on the carrier and the speed you chose at checkout.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update it.
Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local post office or carrier first. If it still doesn't turn up, email us with your order number and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.
